摘　　要：目的分析腰椎间盘术后椎间隙感染的原因,探讨其早期诊断和治疗方法。方法分析手术后腰椎间隙感染11例的临床资料及特点,行保守治疗8例,再手术治疗3例。结果随访12～42个月,9例恢复正常生活,2例偶有腰痛和活动受限。结论积极的术前准备,术后早期诊断,腰部制动,长期足量应用有效抗生素。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative intervertebral discitis of lumbar. Methods The clinical data of 11cases of intervertebral space infection after lumbar operation were col- lected and analyzed. Treatment was used for 8 cases, and re - operation for 3cases. Results All cases were fol- lowed up for 12 -42 months ,9 cases restored to normal , 2 case remained pain in lumbar and mobile limitation. Conclusion Actively properative prepare, Postoperative earlier diagnosis, trig waist and extended ade- quate effective antibiotic.
