摘　　要：目的探讨血清IL-1β、IL-10在慢性肾功能衰竭患者中的变化及意义。方法30例慢性肾功能衰竭患者及30例健康志愿者进行应用放射免疫法检测血清IL-1β、IL-10水平。结果慢性肾功能衰竭组与正常对照组相比较,血浆IL-1β、IL-10水平均明显高(P<0.01)。慢性肾功能衰竭组治疗后与治疗前比较,血浆IL-1β水平明显降低、IL-10水平明升高(P<0.01)。结论IL-1β、IL-10在慢性肾功能衰竭发生及发展过程中可能起重要作用。Objective To investigate changes of IL-1β and IL-10 in plasma with chronic renal failure. Methods IL-1β and IL-10 in plasma of 30 CRF patients in treatment group and 30 healthy volunteers in normal group were measured by radioimmunity. Result IL-1β and IL-10 in treatment group were higher than those in normal group（P〈0.01）. IL-1βwas lower while IL-10 was higher before treatment than that after in treatment group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion IL-1β and IL-10 are very important in the course of CRF.
