摘　　要：目的探讨PICC带管出院患者并发症的原因及护理对策。方法对81例PICC带管出院患者的资料进行总结分析。结果81例患者中出现局部感染2例,导管外移和皮肤过敏各3例,穿刺部位肿胀明显9例。结论加强患者的出院健康教育并指导其自我护理,可降低带管出院所发生的并发症,提高PICC的有效使用率,减轻患者的痛苦。Objective To discuss the nursing strategies and causes of complications of who discharged with PICC. Methods Analysis of 81 cases of discharged patients with PICC. Results There are 2 cases of local infection, 3 cases of PICC displacement, 3 cases of skin hypersensitivity and 9cases of obvious swelling on the puncture. Conclusion Emphasis the health education and self nursing can bring down the incidence of PICC complications and increase the effective usage of PICC.
