摘　　要：在世界人口走向老龄化的同时，皮层下动脉硬化性脑病近年来有上升趋势。本研究根据国内外有关皮层下动脉硬化性脑病的相关文献，对皮层下硬化性脑病的病理表现、临床症状、影像学诊断现状等方面进行综述。Moves towards the aging while the world population, Subcortical Arterioscle-rotic Encephalopathy（SAE） has an increasing trend in recent years.In this paper,on the basis of the literatures at home and abroad about Imaging Diagnosis of Subcortical Arterioscle-rotic Encephalopathy（SAE） To summararize Pathological feature the main Clinical appearance the present situation of Imaging Diagnosis in SAE.
