摘　　要：目的探讨阴道超声对妇产科急症的诊断价值。方法对46例妇产科急症患者进行超声检查，并与经手术和病理证实的检查结果进行对比分析。结果46例妇科急腹症病例均经手术病理证实，阴道超声诊断宫外孕29例，黄体破裂9例，卵巢囊肿蒂扭转8例。结论阴道超声对妇产科急症的诊断率高，检查迅速无痛苦，可作为妇产科急症的首选检查方法。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound in gynecological abdominal emergency. Methods Transvaginal ultrasound was applied on 46 patients suffering from gynecological abdominal emergency and the results were compared with pathology after operations. Results The results of gynecological abdominal emergency in 46 patients were confirmed by pathology after operations. 29 cases were with ectopic fetation ,9 cases were with rupture of corpus luteum,6 cases were with ovarian cysts torsion. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound examination on the diagnosis of acute obstetrics and gynecology, check quickly with-out suffering, can be used as emergency obstetric and gynaecological check the preferred method.
