摘　　要：运用现代断口检测技术对失效冷压凹模进行微观分析,确定造成凹模早期断裂失效的原因。同时利用非线性有限元软件MARC对冷压凹模进行结构有限元优化计算,确定了凹模和模座之间最佳过盈量,从而有效解决了组合冷压凹模早期断裂失效问题。The early failure reason of the cold stamping female dies was shown by using the modern micro fracture analysis technology. A t the same time the non-linear finite method software MARC was used to optimize the structure of the cold stamping compound female dies. And the optimal structural magnitude of interference was determined. Finally the early failure problem of the cold stamping compound female dies was effectively solved.
