摘 要:针对开放性水源保护区的污染源呈组团式分布的特点.从污水收集管网和处理厂的规划,建设、投资和运行等方面,以实例和数据分析了分散处理和集中处理特性,阐述了开放性水源保护区建设污水处理系统时应贯彻总体技术经济最优的原则,因地制宜,各镇区和中心村相对集中处理、农村地区分散处理,尽量降低污水管道占总投资的比例。在规划污水处理系统时。应合理测算远近期水量。分期实施。逐步到位。应同步建设污水收集管、干管和处理厂.做到厂管配套,确保有效治理污染,提高投资效益。Regarding the characteristics of a grouped distribution pattern of pollution sources in the open source water protection zone, features of decentralised and centralised wastewater handling were analysed by cases and data in terms of planning, construction, investment and operation of the wastewater collection network and treatment plants. It was expounded that when constructing a sewerage system in the open source water protection zone, the principle of overall techno-economiC optimisation should be followed to suit the local situation. Relatively centralised handling mode for towns or key villages and decentralised handling mode for rural areas could be adopted to minimise the portion of cost for laying sewers in the total investment. While planning sewerage system, the projected wastewater flow for short-term and long-term should be rational and the implementation should be by stages and progressive. The construction of link sewer, trunk sewer and treatment plants should be implemented concurrently to ensure the effectual pollution control and enhance the effectiveness of investment.
