摘 要:采用流动注射技术,研究了高锰酸钾-过氧化氢-苯酚的化学发光行为,对影响化学发光强度的诸因素进行了实验和探讨,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定苯酚的新方法。方法的检出限为3×10^-8g/mL,线性范围为1.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-4/mL,对4.0×10^-6g/mL的苯酚进行11次平行测定,得方法的相对标准偏差为1.6%。方法用于废水中苯酚含量的测定,结果与分光光度法测得值一致。A new flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of phenol was studied. It was based on a chemiluminescence reaction of KMnO4-H2O2-phenol. The main factors affecting the luminous intensity were investigated. Under optimum conditions, the linear range for the determination was 1.0×10^-7 - 1.0× 10^-4 g/mL of phenol, and the detection limit was 3×10^-8 g/mL with the relative standard deviation of 1.6% when 11 measurements of 4.0×10^-6 g/mL phenol standard solution were repeated. This method has been applied to the determination of phenol in wastewater with satisfactory results in accord with that by means of the conventional spectrophotometry.
