摘  要:采用基于DEA的Malmquist生产率指数对建筑业全要素生产率进行评价,发现1996~2005年建筑业全要素生产率年度平均增长率为0.5%,表明建筑业增长方式正由粗放式向集约式转变;建筑业全要素生产率由技术效率和技术进步共同推进,技术进步的贡献率稍大一些;技术效率增长率的波动表现出了较强的规律性,总体呈先下降后上升的趋势,尤其是最近几年来显著增强,对其进行了解释;技术进步增长率波动同样表现出了较强的规律性,总体呈先上升后下降的趋势,尤其最近几年来出现倒退,对其产生的原因进行探讨。最后,根据前文的分析,有针对性地提出一些政策建议,希望有助于建筑业全要素生产率的持续健康增长。The method of Malmquist productivity index based on DEA is used to evaluate the Total Factor Productivity (TFP) of the construction industry. The results show that the average annual growth ratio of TFP of construction industry is 0.5% during the year 1996-2005, which indicates that the growth has gradually shifted its mode from gross extensive to refined intensive, due to progress in technology and efficiency. Analysis of technology progress and technical efficiency indicates that both of them have grown regularly, with the former being first increased and then decreased while the latter being just the opposite for the past 10 years. Corresponding policies are proposed that would contribute to the sustainable and healthy growth of the construction industry.
