摘  要:以离子液体作模板剂,十二胺为扩孔剂,采用水热晶化法合成出了大孔径的Al-MCM-41介孔分子筛,并采用浸渍法将SO42-引入其骨架中,最终合成了SO42-/Al-MCM-41超强酸介孔分子筛。通过XRD、TEM以及N2吸附-脱附等分析方法对其结构进行表征,并用Hammett指示剂法测得了样品的酸强度。结果表明:分子筛Al-MCM-41孔径可达7.1nm,结晶度保留率很低,负载SO24-后酸度小于-11.99,达到了固体超强酸的要求。采用环己酮催化氧化合成ε-己内酯的反应对催化剂进行活性评价,结果表明,该催化剂有较高的活性。The mesoporous molecular sieves Al- MCM -41 using ionic liquid as template and dodecylamine as swelling agent have been prepared by hydrothermal methods. SO4^2- was introduced in its skeleton by impregnation methods and finally the SO4^2-/Al -MCM -41 ultra strong acid mesoporous silica catalysts were synthesized. The acid strength of the samples were obtained by Hammett indicator method. Through XRD,TEM and N2 adsorption -desorption analysis, the results showed that: The pore diameter could be increased to 7.1 nm;The mesoporous molecular sieves had low crystallinity retention rate; And the acid strength was less than - 11.99, which achieved the request of the solid super acid. The catalytic activity of the catalysts were investigated by the reaction of catalytic oxidation cyclohexanone to synthesize ε -caprolactone , and the results indicateed that this catalysts had high activity.
