摘 要:某些工程、矿山、冶金机械经常使用的大型转轴类零件,其结构一般是由一根固定轴(材料为无缝钢管)及焊接在其上的数块耳板组焊而成,耳板焊接在固定轴上之后,所有耳板相对应各孔之间均有一定同轴度要求,而此类零件由于具有尺寸较长、固定轴毛坯变形弯曲、焊接变形大、不易实现焊后加工等特点,若想采取焊前加工通过焊接保证耳板各孔同轴度要求,就必须采取合理的工艺流程及工艺参数才能确保此类零件的加工质量。通过对国外某型号工程机械一种典型转轴零件的加工思路及工艺流程的分析,详细介绍该类工件采取焊前加工工艺时主要零件的加工方法、工艺流程及组焊精度的控制方法。For most large-sized rotating shaft components usually used in construction, mining and metallurgy machinery, their structures are composed by a fixed shaft(seamless steel pipe material) on which are welded several ear plates. After welded on the fixed shaft, corresponding holes on all ear plates must be in the concentricity requirement. Because this kind of components features long dimension, distortion and bending of the fixed shaft work pieces, large welding deformation and difficult post-welding machining, rational process procedure and parameters must be adopted to ensure machining quality if it is intended to ensure the concentricity requirements of each hole on the ear plates through welding after machining. Through analysis on machining plan and process procedure of a typical rotating shaft component on a foreign construction machine, its machining method and process when pre-welding machining is adopted are described in details and its control method for assembly welding accuracy is presented.
