摘 要:采用均相沉淀法制备碳酸锶粒子,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射分析(XRD)对粉体进行表征,研究了添加不同的晶形控制剂对碳酸锶粉体形貌的影响。结果表明:分别添加适量晶形控制剂,制备出了棒状、线状的超细碳酸锶粒子。粒子形状较规则,分散性较好,粒度较均匀。其中添加乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)与硝酸铈时分别制备出的线状与棒状碳酸锶粒子效果最好。Strontium carbonate particles were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method. The particles were characterized by electron microscope ( SEM ) and X - ray diffraction ( XRD ) , and the influence of adding different crystal shape controlling agents on the morphology of strontium carbonate particles was also analyzed. The results indieated that rodlike and linear superfine strontium carbonate particles were prepared respectively by adding different crystal shape controlling agents with proper quantity. In addition, the prepared particles were of regular shape, good dispersivity, and uniform particle size. Especially, the effect while adding EDTA and cerium nitrate to prepare rodlike and linear strontium carbonate particles respectively was the best.
