摘　　要：分析E32型条并卷机的主要结构特点和技术性能,通过在CJ 14.5 tex纱生产实践中对主要工艺参数进行试验分析和优选。认为,E32型条并卷机具有卷装大、速度快、机电一体化程度高、运行稳定可靠,生产效率高等特点。经工艺优选后,小卷重量不匀率、外观质量及精梳条干不匀率都达到了较好的水平。同时应注意做好各项维护保养工作,充分发挥设备性能。Analysing the main structure characteristics and technology property of E32 draw frame and lap machine combined, main processing parameter were tested analysed and optimized in producing CJ 14.5 rex yarn. It is considered that E32 possesses many advantages such as larger capacity, faster speed, higher electromechanical integration, stable and dependable operation and higher production efficiency et al. After optimizing processing,little lap unevenness in weight, appearance quality and combed sliver unevenness all could reach a better level. Meantime, all kinds of maintenance should be paid attention to make full use equipment performance.
