国产细纱机长车紧密纺改造的应用实践

摘　　要：为在国产EJM138 JLC型细纱机长车上进行国产紧密纺装置的改造,对改造的步骤、方法以及改造后的技术效果和纺纱质量进行对比分析。结果表明:国产紧密纺装置的改造达到了较好的效果,成纱3 mm毛羽下降60%左右,单纱强力平均提高10%以上。同时指出,要使紧密纺充分发挥优势必须认真细致地做好日常运转和保养维护工作。To install domestic compact spinning device in domestic EJM1381LC spinning frame of 1008 spindles, step and method, technology effect and spinning quality were contrasted. The result shows that a better effect could be achieved in the modification,3 mm hairiness could be reduced 60% ,single yarn strength could be increased above 10%. Meantime, it is pointed out that, daily operation and maintenance should be done carefully so as to make full use of the compact spinning advantages.
