浅谈转杯纺阻捻盘的选用

摘　　要：为合理配置转杯纺阻捻盘,通过分析阻捻盘作用机理、阻捻盘分类和特点,以不同品种为例,说明了阻捻盘选择的基本原则和方法。指出:阻捻盘的主要作用是通过假捻增强纺纱段强力,降低纺纱断头。不同类型的阻捻盘与成纱质量有着密切的关系。在实际生产中,应根据纺纱原料,品种,用途,纺纱质量要求、生产环境等合理选用,以达到降低断头、提高效率、改善成纱质量的目的。To configurate rotor spinning navel rationally basic choosing principle and method of navel were introduced through analysing navel operational principle, navel classification, characteristic and taking various products as examples. It is pointed out that main effect of navel is to increase spinning section strength through fake twisting and reduce spinning broken ends. There is a close relationship between different kinds of navel and yarn quality. In practical production, choice should be made rationally according to yarn material, variety, use, yarn quality demands and production environment et al. Finally aims of reducing broken ends increasing efficiency and improve yarn quality could be achieved.
