摘　　要：分析了普通高校图书馆影响外文期刊资源保障的主要矛盾,提出了网络环境下普通高校图书馆外刊资源建设的发展方针、选购不同类型期刊文献应遵循的原则,以及落实外刊资源保障建设方案需要加强和改进的工作。This paper has analyzed the impact of ordinary foreign periodicals university library resources protection principal contradiction to the network environment ordinary foreign periodicals university library building approach to development resources to purchase different types of periodical literature should follow the principles, as well as the implementation of Sup resources and support-building programs need to strengthen and improve the work.
