摘　　要：介绍苏州大学图书馆在随书光盘资源管理和利用中遇到的问题,对本馆现行管理方式中的不足进行探讨,希望通过与其他图书馆的相互借鉴和探讨,提出一些有效管理随书光盘的改进措施。This paper introduces the problems of using and management of CD-with-book resource in Soochow University; introduced current management method, analyzed the shortcomings in management, and put forward measurements for efficiently improving library management .
