摘 要:在pH值2.0的B-R缓冲液中,痕量的溴化十六烷基三甲基胺(CTMAB)的加入导致K2HgI4共振光散射强度增加,在λex=λem=422nm处,得到一个共振散射峰,其强度与CTMAB的浓度成线性关系,据此建立了一种测定水中阳离子表面活性剂的共振光散射光谱法.方法的线性范围为0.02-6.50mg/L,检出限为0.15μg/L.该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,对实际样品进行了测定,得到了满意的结果.Resonance light scattering(RLS) method with CTMAB was used to study the RLS spectra of K2HgI4. The RLS of K2HgI4 was greatly enhanced by CTMAB in a B-R buffer medium of which the pH equals 2.0. A RLS peak at 422 nm was found and the intensity of RLS at this wavelengh was proportional to the concentration of CTMAB. On these grounds, a method is proposed to direct detect cationic surfactants in environmental water samples. The linear range of the calibration curve was 0.02-6.50 mg/L with the detection limit of 0.15 μg/L. This method is simple and accurate. The results are satisfactory.
