摘　　要：目的探讨2005年腹股沟疝在天津市成人中的自然发病率和患病率并探讨其患病的相关影响因素。方法调查人员由受过培训的专业人员组成。按分层抽样的方法随机抽取电话号码,拨打随机抽出的电话号码,接触到家庭电话后,甄选出合格受访者,对于合格受访者,采用纸笔问卷进行电话访问。结果成人"腹股沟疝"2005年的患病率为0.02%、发病率为0.006%。结论此次调查基本反映了天津市成人腹股沟疝的患病情况。Objective To investigate the attack rate and prevalence rate of groin hernia in adults in Tianjin area. Method All investigate were training professional staff. Telephone numbers were drown randomly by stratified sampling and dished one by one. Having been selected as qualified client, they were investigated on phone according to questionnaire. Results The prevalence rate of groin hernia was found to be 0.02%, attack rate was found to be 0.06%. Conclusion The investigation basically reflected the true condition of groin hernia incidence in Tianjin area.
