摘　　要：骨髓间充质干细胞是一类具有自我更新能力、高度增殖及多向分化潜能的特殊细胞。其“可塑性”的特性在组织和器官损伤修复的临床应用中发挥了重要作用。随着不断深入的研究进展，骨髓间充质干细胞的取材方便、增殖迅速及多向分化潜能等特点，使其在损伤修复和组织再生的领域中备受关注。眼科学者对骨髓间充质干细胞的深入研究将会拓展其在眼科应用的前景，为临床治疗眼科疾病提供新的方法。Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell （ BMSC ） is a special kind of cells which has the ability of self-renewal, high proliferation and multi-potentialities. Because of the characteristic of plasticity, it plays an important role in the reparation of various tissues and organs. Furthermore it is convenient to harvest which should make it more applicable in tissue engineering. Here the pre-clinical study advance of BMSC in treating eye diseases is reviewed.
