自制伞形复合补片与巴德补片治疗腹股沟疝的对照研究

摘　　要：目的评价用Prolene平片自制伞形复合补片在腹股沟区疝修补中的疗效、并发症和注意事项。方法 172例腹股沟疝患者,治疗组85例用自制成伞形充填式复合补片行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术。对照组87例应用巴德公司进口原装的Mesh Prefix Plug补片行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术。结果所有患者全部治愈,切口甲级愈合。治疗组和对照组在手术时间、下地时间、肠功能恢复时间、切口疼痛时间、并发症等方面无显著差异,但住院总费用大大降低(P<0.01)。结论用Prolene平片自制伞型充填式复合补片行腹股沟疝修补,手术简单易行、损伤小、时间短、痛苦小、复发率低、价格低廉,较巴德进口补片更有优势,适合基层医院开展。Objective To evaluate the curative effects, complications and management of self-made mesh-plug with Prolene mesh in tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 172 cases of inguinal hernia were divided into control group anti treatment group. 85 cases in treatment group were un- dergone self-made mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty and 87 patients in control group were undergone Bard Mesh Prefix Plug tension-free hemioplasty respectively. Results All patients were recovered and had no wound infection. The operating time, incisional pain, bowel recovering time and complications had no significant differences but the total hospitalization costs were markedly decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The manipulation of self-made mesh-plug with Prolene mesh in tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia has the same treatment effects and less complications but has low hospitalization cost compared with Bard Mesh Prefix Plug tension-free hernioplasty and is easily generalized in grass-roots hospital.
