经腹股沟切口腹膜前间隙补片修补腹股沟疝56例

摘　　要：目的探讨经腹股沟切口腹膜前间隙补片修补腹股沟疝的改良手术修补方法。方法回顾分析我院2007年1至6月入院手术治疗的经腹股沟切口腹膜前间隙补片修补腹股沟疝的改良手术方式的患者手术时间，术后的恢复情况，术后的并发症，术后的住院时间，随访复发的情况，术后的伤口的舒适度等。结果经腹股沟切口腹膜前间隙补片修补腹股沟疝的改良手术方式的患者手术时间20～40min，术后6h下床，无术后尿潴留，无术后阴囊积液的并发症，术后的住院时间1—2d，随访1～6个月无复发的情况，术后的伤口无硬结感。结论经腹股沟切口腹膜前间隙补片修补腹股沟疝的改良手术方式是一种有效的改良的腹股沟疝的手术方式。Objective To investigate the modify methods of inguinal hernia repair using preperitoheal patch. Methods A retrospective study was made to analyze the patients treated inguinal hernia with the modify methods of inguinal hernia repair using preperitoneal patch during the period from Jan 2007 to June 2007. Results All patients were cured and the operating time was 20-40 minutes. All the patients left their bed 6 hours postoperatively. No retention of urine and seroma. Stay in hospital for 1-2 days postoperatidy. No recurrence was found in 1-6 months of fellow-up after operation. Conclusions The modify methods of inguinal hernia repair using preperitoneal patch is a effective modify operative form.
