白花泡桐花黄酮类化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:对白花泡桐花的黄酮类化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从白花泡桐花的醋酸乙酯部分分离鉴定了11个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:3′-O-methyldiplacol(1),6-geranyl-3,3′,5,7-tetrahydroxy-4′-methoxy flavanone(2),高北美圣草素(3),5,7,4′-三羟基-3′-甲氧基黄酮(4),3′-甲氧基木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),山柰酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9),槲皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)。结论:11个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the flavones of the flowers of Paulownia fortunei. Method： The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis. Result： The compounds were identified as： 3 ′-O-methyldiplacol （ 1 ）, 6-geranyl-3, 3′, 5, 7-tetrahydroxy-4′-methoxy flavanone （2）, homoeriodictyol （3）, 5, 7, 4′-trihydroxy-3 ′- methoxy flavonc （ 4 ）, 3 ′-methoxyluteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside （ 5 ）, apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside （ 6 ）, kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucoside （7）, quereetin-3-O-,8-D-glueoside （ 8 ）, kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside （9）, quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside （ 10 ）, luteolin-7-O-β-D- glucoside （11）. Conclusion： All these compounds were obtained from the flowers for the first time.
