摘 要:目的:对白花泡桐花的黄酮类化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从白花泡桐花的醋酸乙酯部分分离鉴定了11个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:3′-O-methyldiplacol(1),6-geranyl-3,3′,5,7-tetrahydroxy-4′-methoxy flavanone(2),高北美圣草素(3),5,7,4′-三羟基-3′-甲氧基黄酮(4),3′-甲氧基木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),山柰酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9),槲皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)。结论:11个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective: To study the flavones of the flowers of Paulownia fortunei. Method: The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis. Result: The compounds were identified as: 3 ′-O-methyldiplacol ( 1 ), 6-geranyl-3, 3′, 5, 7-tetrahydroxy-4′-methoxy flavanone (2), homoeriodictyol (3), 5, 7, 4′-trihydroxy-3 ′- methoxy flavonc ( 4 ), 3 ′-methoxyluteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside ( 5 ), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside ( 6 ), kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucoside (7), quereetin-3-O-,8-D-glueoside ( 8 ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (9), quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside ( 10 ), luteolin-7-O-β-D- glucoside (11). Conclusion: All these compounds were obtained from the flowers for the first time.
