摘 要:采用铁屑滤纸试验法(IP287)评定月桂酸、癸二酸、双十一酸(DC11)和有机三元聚羧酸(L190)4种脂肪酸型缓蚀剂在微乳化切削液中的防锈性能,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散谱(EDS)观察金属表面形态及元素分布。结果发现,脂肪酸型缓蚀剂的防锈性能与其含量、烃基的碳原子数目、羧基数目和pH值密切相关。脂肪酸型缓蚀剂的含量增大、烃基的碳原子数目增多、羧基数目增加和pH值升高,均会提高微乳化切削液的防锈性能。The rust-inhibiting properties of four kinds of fatty acid inhibitors in the microemulsion cutting fluid, such as dodecanoie acid, decanedioic acid, 11 double-acid (DC11) and organic ternary polycarboxylate (L190) were assessed with iron chip/filter paper method (IP287). The metal surface morphology and distribution of elements were observed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and the Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS). The rust-inhibiting properties of fatty acids have closely relations to the concentration of fatty acid inhibitors, the length of alkyl-chain, the number of carboxyl group and the pH value. When increasing the concentration of fatty acid inhibitors, the length of alkyl-chain, the number of carboxyl group or the pH value, the rust-proofing performance of the microemulsion cutting fluid can be improved.
