摘  要:阐述了固体颗粒污染物对航空液压系统的危害;介绍了3种固体颗粒污染物含量的测定方法:重量法、显微镜计数法和自动颗粒计数法(遮光型),并对它们各自的工作原理及优缺点进行了说明;对比分析了相关的航空液压油清洁度评定标准。The endangerment of solid particle in aircraft hydraulic systems was presented. Three methods of testing solid particle contamination content were introduced. They were the gravimetric method,the counting method using an optical microscope and the automatic counting method using the light extinction principle, and their respective mechanisms, advantages and disadvantages were illuminated. The standards of cleanliness classes for aircraft hydraulic fluids were compared and discussed.
