啤酒瓶高速实时在线容量检测装置的研制

摘　　要：采用以数字信号处理器TMS320VC5416和视频解码芯片SAA7113H为核心,构成了对54000瓶/h的高速自动生产线上啤酒容量在线实时采集检测装置。目前,利用该装置能够正确捕捉到高速运动中的目标图像,识别检测出啤酒的液位并实时显示出液位值,当容量不符合标准时可自动报警。实验表明该系统设计方案合理,电路简单,具有实时性,灵活性,便携性,实用性等优点。可靠性好,易于实现,便于携带到生产线现场进行啤酒容量检测。Using digital signal processor TMS320VC5416 and video input processor SAA7113H as the core, it constitutes the device that can inspect beer volume of 54000 bottles on high-speed automatic product line per hour. At present, using this equipment, it can not only correctly catch the high-speed moving object, but also recognize the beer liquid level and demonstrate the level value. When the volume in beer bottle cannot accord with the standard, the equipment can auto alarm. The experiment indicated that this system design is rational and the electric circuit is simple, which has many advantages of timely, flexibility, portably, usability and so on. It has a good reliable and easily realized to take to the beer automatic product line to correctly inspect the beer volume.
