摘　　要：产业集群是区域经济发展的重要增长极。本文对中部地区产业集群的发展现状进行了描述,分析了中部地区产业集群发展面临的问题,对地方政府促进产业集群发展的动态进行总结,概括了政府活动中被忽略的因素。最后,针对产业集群发展的问题与政府作为的不足提出了具体的政策建议。Industrial cluster is an important growth pole for development of regional economy. This research describes the existing features of industrial cluster in central region of China, analyzes major challenges confronting with the development of industrial cluster in the region,summarizes the trends of promoting industrial cluster by local governments, as well as the neglected factors in （local） government＇s promotion measures. In the final part, some specific policy suggestions have been given for the development of industrial cluster, and the insufficiencies in the measures taken by local governments.
