摘 要:上海市环境科学研究院要在“十一五”期间实现发展壮大的目标,必须依靠其人力资源的优化。文章以上海市环境科学研究院战略发展目标、人才战略发展目标、“十一五”经济目标以及上海环科院人才资源的历史和当前资料为依据,运用数理统计方法,对院人才发展与产值的相关关系、人才资源需求趋势进行了分析。探索建立了人才需求预测定量模型,为不同时期上海市环科院人才引进、培养、使用提供参考依据。Shanghai Academy of Environmental Sciences (SAES) must depend on optimising its human resource structure to realize the development and strengthening targets. Aiming at strategic objectives of its development, human resources and financial status during the "Eleventh Five Year Plan" period, and based on the historical and present human resource data of SAES, the correlativity between the personnel and revenue of SAES, as well as the human resource demand trend were analysed. A forecast model has been established by using the methods of mathematical statistics to provide a reference on bringing in, training and using the person- nel of SAES in different periods.
