摘 要:在我国,氨碱法生产纯碱的企业每年都会产生大量的废碱渣,堆放起来既占地方,又污染环境,制约着氨碱企业的可持续发展。为探索大规模利用工业废碱渣的新途径,通过对工业碱渣的成分分析和实验研究,结合国内外用于公路建设中水泥-粉煤灰(二灰)综合稳定材料的成功经验,按照公路工程对原材料的质量、工艺性能要求以及环保要求的试验设计原则.在碱渣中分别加入水泥、石灰、粉煤灰作为结合料,配制出碱渣-石灰综合稳定土。研究发现,添加适当的外加剂后,可显著降低可能影响环境的氯离子的溶出率,并且可以作为1种胶凝材料,用作公路路面结构层综合稳定材料的固化剂。经过无侧限抗压强度试验.击实试验和配合比优化试验,找到了碱渣-石灰综合稳定土的最佳配比,各项性能指标均符合国家行业标准和相应的环保标准,可用作公路建设的原材料。A mass of soda residue is brought out by the ammonia-soda process in soda production enterprises in China every year. If it was stacked in somewhere continuously, large pieces of land would be occupied whilst contaminating the environment around, and the sustainable development of those enterprises would be restricted as well. Based on its constituent analysis and tests, the residue mixed with an amount of additives would be a type of cementing material, a modifier of backfilling material or a curing agent for stabilising highway pavement structural layer whilst depressing the dissolution of chlorides that may impact the environment. This could be a fair strategy for such a trash. A proper dosing of the residue to the calcareousness has been found out through unconfined compressive strength tests and dosing optimisation tests. All performance parameters of this material were in compliance with Chinese industrial standards and relevant environmental standards so that the residue could be used as a raw material for road construction.
