奥林匹克运动的政治化与非政治化特征及其成因

摘　　要：以奥林匹克运动的历史和文献资料为依据,运用理论和逻辑分析的方法对奥林匹克运动政治化与非政治化的含义、关系、特征及其成因等问题进行了研究,试图理性看待目前在此问题上存在的认识分歧,以及奥林匹克运动与政治的复杂关系。研究认为,奥林匹克运动政治化与非政治化的最主要区别是政治化追求的目标在于某国或某些国家的利益,而非政治化追求的是所有国家或全人类的共同利益;其关系根源于国家利益与国家共同利益之间的关系。奥林匹克运动政治化的原因是:国家和民族的发展需要和利益所在,以及奥运会本身的特点及其所具有的功能;其非政治化的原因在于:国际政治冲突的客观存在,希望世界和平成为各个国家的共同需要;奥林匹克运动是一种维护世界和平的国际社会运动。By studying the history and relevant documents of Olympic movement, with the methods of theoretical and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the connotation, their relationship, the characteristics and the causes of Olympic movement＇ politicization and de-politicization, for the purpose of correctly understanding the current different opinions on the issue and the complex relationship between Olympic movement and politics. The result shows that the main differences of Olympic movement＇ politicization and de politicization lie in that the pursu- ing goal of politicization is for the interests of some countries, while the pursuing goal of depoliticization is for the common interests of all countries or the human being. The origin of such relation is in the relation between country interests and the common interests of all countries. The main reasons of Olympic movement＇ politicization include the country and nation＇ s developing needs and interests, the characteristics and functions of Olympic Games itself; while de-politicization reasons of it include the existing of international conflicts, all countries＇ common needs of keeping the world peace. Olympic Movement is one of the international social movements of maintaining the world peace.
