摘 要:以中低浓度生活污水为对象进行中试试验,研究优化工艺的运行参数后,强化絮凝-流动床生物氧化组合工艺对该类污水的总体处理效果及其对有机物和氮磷的去除效果;探索最佳的工艺技术路线,提供经济可行的工艺实施方案。结果表明,组合工艺达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级B要求的最佳运行参数为:PAC加药量为30 mg/L左右,气水比为4.5:1,絮凝反应池的水力停留时间为22.8 min,流动床生物氧化装置的水力停留时间为4 h,填料投配率为30%,污泥混合液回流比为80%~100%,泥龄为15 d。A pilot-scale test on the treatment of thin domestic wastewater through CEPT-MBBR (chemically enhanced primary treatment- moving bed biofilm reactor) combined process was presented. The purpose of the research was to enhance the overall efficiency as well as the removal of organic pollutants, nitrogen and phosphorus, to optimise the performance parameters and to provide an applicable and economical process scheme. It has revealed that the'combined process showed good performance and the wastewater treatment by the process could meet the requirement for Class 1B of Discharge Standards of Pollutants for Municipal Waste-water Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002) under the following optimised parameters: about 30 mg/L of powdered activated carbon (PAC) dosage, 4.5 in the ratio of gas to water, 22.8 minutes for hydraulic retention time (HRT) in the chemical enhanced reactor, 4 hours for HRT in the moving biofilm bedreactor, 30% in the volume ration of fillers, 80% to 100% in the sludge return ratio, and 15 days for sludge age.
