摘　　要：目的:了解计划生育服务机构的服务内容与成本结构,测算服务机构提供的避孕节育手术项目标准成本。方法:以吉林省13个县级计划生育机构为调查对象,采用机构成本测算方法测算成本。结果:各机构对避孕手术项目投入成本不同,其中经济水平、人员配置、收支结构等影响项目成本值。建议:提高政府财政补偿标准的合理性,推广计划生育机构成本控制理念。Objective： To analyze the service contents and the cost structure provided by the family planning service facility （FPSF）, and to calculate the standard cost of the contraceptive operation provided by FPSF. Methods： 13 county -level FPSFs of Jilin Province were investigated, and the costs were calculated with the institutional cost method. Results： The expenditures for contraceptive operation were different among each FPSF. Economic factors, personnel distribution, as well as revenue and expenditure structure accounted for the cost differences. Conclusion： The financial compensation standards should be rationally formulated, and the cost control management should be implemented in FPSFs.
