摘　　要：目的：研究玉足海参酸性粘多糖的抗血栓形成作用。方法：以60mg／d和120mg／d两个剂量组观察正常中老年组、脑栓塞恢复期组和缺血性心脏病组患者服用该药物前后的变化。结果：该药除有抗凝、降低血液粘度的作用外，尚有促进脂肪代谢的作用，未见明显的副作用。结论：该药物是个很有前途的抗栓药物。objective: To study the antithrombotic effects of Holothuria Ldeucospilota Acidic Mu copolysaccharide (HLAM). Methods: A series of variables were observed be fore and after treatment with HLAM in normal middle-aged subjects and patients recovering from cerebral embolism or suffering from ischemic heart disease,each of which were divided into two groups according to the dosage administered (60mg/d and 120mg/d). Results: The fat metabolism was enhanced in addition to the anticoagulant and the blood viscosity reducing effects. No side-effect was found. Conclusion:HLAM is a promising drug for antithrombotic therapy.
