摘 要:哺乳动物毛被形态特征的显微研究能为该类动物的分类提供科学依据。笔者应用光学显微镜及偏振光显微镜对豹猫的背部、腹部、颈部和臀部的直针毛的毛髓质指数和鳞片类型进行了观察比较。结果表明,豹猫4个部位的髓质指数区间为55.6%-76.5%;鳞片花纹类型主要为杂瓣型、长瓣型、杂波型、方瓣型、扁平型和冠状型,不同部位毛发鳞片的排列顺序不尽相同。与前人对其他动物的研究存在明显的差异,故用毛显微形态学特征对动物进行识别具有可行性,但难易程度不一。The microstructure mammalian hair provides taxonomic information. A study of scale pattern of straight guard hair's from the back, the abdomen, the neck and the hip of Leopard cat ( Prionailurus bengalensis) was conducted by optics microscope and polarizing microscope. The result showed that the medullary index interval of hairs from 4 positins of the body was between 55.6% and 76. 5%. Scale pattern was mainly irregular valve, long valve, irregular wave, wide valve, fiat and coronal type. Scale sequence was different at different parts. Our result showed an obvious difference with other reports on other animals, and we could distinguish different animals by analyzing the uhrastructural morphologic character of their hair, but the difficulty of identification varied markedly.
