肿瘤晚期患者家属护理需求与情绪状态调查与干预

摘　　要：目的了解肿瘤晚期患者家属护理需求与情绪状态,实施相应护理干预,改善家属心理状态。方法采用方便抽样的方法,对2007年7月—2008年6月我院肿瘤病区收治的晚期癌症患者家属89例为对象进行调查。在患者入院时即要求患者家属填写护理需求调查表和WHO情绪状态问卷。在患者住院期间,护理人员根据家属需求,提供个性化护理服务。在患者住院期间,患者家属每周接受WHO情绪状态测评,以评价护理效果。结果患者家属护理需求内容不尽相同,主要体现为疾病相关知识、延续性照顾等;患者家属存在抑郁、紧张和愤怒等不良情绪;经过2周护理干预后,家属的心理状态测评结果明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院提供的服务对解除家属的心理压力、顺利渡过心理和生活危机期有非常重要的作用。Objective To explore the care demands of family members of patients with advanced neoplasm and their emotional state, so as to adopt nursing interventions which can improve their psychologi- cal states. Methods This study used convenience sampling method to investigate the care demands and emotional state of 89 family members of advanced patients from July 2007 to June. They were asked to fill the questionnaires and assessed by POMS after admission of patients. During hospitalization, nursing care was delivered based upon the results of questionnaires. And they were assessed by POMS every week to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions. Results Demands for nursing care varied among family members reflecting, mainly differences of related disease knowledge, continuity of future care etc. Family members usually had negative mood, such as depression, tension, anger etc. After 2-week nursing intervention, significant differences were found in the result of emotional assessment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Nursing care plays an important role in releasing psychological pressure of family members and helping them to go through life crisis.
