摘 要:针对焦炉加热燃烧过程的复杂性,提出一种基于信息融合的焦炉加热燃烧过程工况判断方法.首先通过数据的相关性分析,判断用于工况分析的传感器数据的一致性和正确性.然后采用基于两层信息融合的工况判断方法,通过分析荒煤气温度的特点,进行特征点的提取;采用专家规则的方法对荒煤气的数据进行分析,得出单个炭化室的工况判断结果.对单个炭化室的工况判断结果进行整理、分类,采用神经网络方法进行二次信息融合,最终得出焦炉加热燃烧过程的实时工况.在实际运行中取得的显著效果验证了所提方法的有效性.Aiming at the complexity of coke oven heating and combustion process, a information-fusion-based method is proposed to judge the operating states of coke oven heating and combustion process. At first, data correlation is analyzed, and consistency and accuracy of the sensed data used to analyze the operating states are judged. Then a two layer informationfusion method is used to judge the operating states. According to the analysis of the features of raw gas temperature, data of the feature points of each sensor is extracted and the method of expert rules is used to analyze the operating states in every coking chamber. The judgment results of each coking chamber are arranged and classified, and a fuzzy-neural network method is used to make the second information fusion and to get the realtime, operating states of the coke oven heating and combustion process. This method has been applied to real world, and its validity is verified.
