金银花和金银木芦丁成分分析

摘　　要：观察金银花和金银木的生长特征,测定了它们的嫩芽、幼蕾、成熟花蕾和不同花色中的芦丁含量,发现其金银花的花期在5月1日~9月底;金银木的花期在4月14日-5月14日.金银花叶子中含2.108 5 g/100 g鲜叶,金银木叶子中含2.998 1 g/100 g鲜叶.若利用花期治病,金银木的花期刚好补足了金银花的空缺,都含有芦丁,且叶子的含量最高.It has been found,from observatan of the growth characteristics japonica and Lonicera maackii, that the blooming period of L. japonica is May 1st to the end of September and that of L. maackii from April 14th to May 14th. The blooming period of Lonicera maackii is just a complement to the vacant period of Lonicera japonica if making medicines according to the blooming period. An experiment shows that flavonoid is contained in sprout,bud,mature bud,white flower,yellow flower and leaves of both Lonicera japonica and Lonicera maackii. The most content of flavonidd in their leaves the content in leave of Lonicera japonica is 2. 108 5 g in 100 g fresh leaves;that in Lonicera rnaackii is 2. 998 1 g in 100 g fresh leaves.
