摘　　要：针对南芬露天铁矿多分期多分区开采的特点,把不同分期分区的剥岩相结合,适时调整出入沟标高,建立近距离低标高运输通路,降低矿车的柴油消耗,避免追加矿山运营费用,经济效益可观,在同类矿山发展中有一定的参考价值。With regard to the by stages and by divisions mining characteristics in Nanfen Open Pit Iron Mine,we integrated the stripping of different stages and divisions with one another, and adjusted the elevation of haulageway, built short distance,low level haulageway, thus lowering the consumption of fuel on trucks,reducing the operation cost of the mine,resulting in favourable economine benefit.The practice is of certain reference in the development of similar mines.
