YHI及HHI-I对家兔实验性急性胰腺炎的保护作用

摘　　要：应用家兔急性胰腺炎（ＡＰ）模型证明，ＹＨＩ（元胡注射液）及ＨＨＩ－Ｉ（活血化瘀注射液Ⅰ号）合并静脉注射，有增加家兔存活时间和五天存活率的趋势（对照组３３．３％；治疗组８３．３％）。药物使ＡＰ动物血清淀粉酶明显下降。胰组织微循环明显改善，并使重型ＡＰ严重性的指标白细胞介素－６水平明显低于对照组。病理检查结果也显示白细胞浸润、脂肪坏死、出血等指标均较对照组为轻。实验提示，ＹＨＩ与ＨＨＩ－Ｉ联合应用对家兔重型ＡＰ有保护作用。This experiment showed that the integrated intravenous administration of YHI(Injection of Rhizoma Corydalis) and HHI I (Huoxue Huayu Injection I) could markedly increase the rabbits′ survival time and rate of 5 day survival after AP(83.3% in the treating group and 33.3% in the control).In the treating group the serum amylase value(±s)immediately decreased to 1596.6±760.5U/L in the 5th day from high level in 1 st day after AP(6320.33±2614.12U/L)and was not different from that before AP(867.67±374.62U/L).In the control group they were 838.17±189.17U/L and 2095.0±1081.87U/L respectively.The later was still different from those before AP significantly.Simultaneously,YHI and HHI I obviously improved pancreatic microcirculation and made serum interleukin level,one of the indices of severe pancreatitis,much lower than that of the control group.Pathologocal examination indicated all the changes typical for AP in YHI and HHI I treating group were milder than those in the control.It was concluded that the combined usage of YHI and HHI I had protective effect on acute pancreatitis in rabbits.
