大黄对急性胰腺炎大鼠早期的治疗作用

摘　　要：采用胰管内逆行注入牛磺胆酸钠造成大鼠急性胰腺炎模型，造模后用中药大黄、生理盐水进行治疗，并观察治疗前后急性胰腺炎大鼠血中肿瘤坏死因子、内毒素及淀粉酶的变化，结果显示大黄组造模后２４小时后内毒素水平明显低于生理盐水组，大黄组肿瘤坏死因子、淀粉酶水平均较生理盐水组有显著降低。Retrograde injection of sodium taurocholic acid into the pancreatic duct of SD rat is followed by acute experimental Pancreatitis.All rats were randomly divided into two treatment subgroups:Chinese herb DaHuang(Radix Rhizoma Rhei)and saline.The changes of tumor necrosis factor,lipopolysaccharide and amylase in early phase of acute pancreatitis were observed.The serum level of endotoxin of DaHuang group was lower than saline group evidently.The levels of tumor nccrosis factor and amylase of DaHuang group were remarkably lower than those in saline group.It was demonstrated that a beneficial effect of DaHuang in the treatment of experimental acute pancreatitis and it was suggested that the protective mcchanism of DaHuang appeared to include the protection of the acina cell,adjustment of the release of cytokines,protection of the intestinal mucous membrane and inhibition of the migration of intestinal bacteria and endotoxin.
