摘  要:为解决异形件缝合存在的空间限制问题,应用曲柄滑块机构和凸轮机构设计了一种双针单面缝合机构,这种机构能实现从一个表面接近缝料并进行缝合。详细介绍其工作原理以及设计方法;建立曲柄滑块机构的数学模型;利用MatLab对曲柄滑块机构进行运动学仿真;根据仿真得到的数据,利用反转法对凸轮机构进行设计。仿真数据精确,设计尺寸可靠。To solve the problem of the space limit when the abnormity work piece is stitched, a kind of one- side-stitching mechanism is developed based on two needles with a slider-crank mechanism and a cam gear mechanism. The mechanism can access to the work piece and stitch from only one side. The working principle and the method of design are introduced and the mathematical model of slider-crank mechanism is established. The kinematics simulation of the slider-crank mechanism is developed with MatLab. According to the result of simulation, cam gear is designed by reversal method. The data of the simulation is exact and the dimension is credible.
