摘 要:从发电商联盟的影响因素初步定性分析发电商结成联盟的潜在可能性;基于某区域电力市场的试运行数据,对发电商报价序列进行分析,结合相关信息进一步确定发电商联盟行为;根据发电商市场力评价体系判断发电商(联盟)的市场操纵力;最后针对事前、事中、事后交易,提出了电力市场中防范市场力的相关建议。The potentials and possibilities of generators in coalition are analyzed. Based on the trial operation data of a regional electricity market, the generators' bidding sequences are analyzed, and related information was used to further discriminate the generators' behavior of coalition. Also, the market power assessment system for generators was applied to judge market manipulation power of the generators' coalition. Countermeasures to weaken the market power are proposed.
