摘　　要：提出了同业对标信息系统的建设目标,描述了系统的总体设计原则、功能架构,介绍了系统主要功能模块的特点,总结了系统的应用效果。The targets of the benchmarking management information system of East China Grid are proposed, and the general design principle and the functional framework are presented, as well as the features of its major functional modules. The application effects of the system are summarized.
