两种方法检测消毒剂杀菌效果的比较

摘　　要：目的比较两种方法检测消毒剂杀菌效果,为统一消毒效果评价方法提供依据。方法采用GB15981-1995(国标法)和2002年版《消毒技术规范》(规范法)规定的定量杀菌试验方法对同一种消毒剂杀菌效果进行比较检测。结果用含20 mg/L纳米银消毒剂原液,采用(国标法)试验,中和剂鉴定有效;该浓度纳米银消毒液对悬液内大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌作用15 min,平均杀灭率均达到99.99%以上。用(规范法)试验,在消毒剂浓度相同的条件下,对相同的中和剂鉴定无效。结论现行的国家标准和消毒技术规范规定的消毒剂杀菌效果评价方法对同一种消毒剂评价结果不同,需要进行修订并统一方法。Objective To provide basis for unification of germicidal efficacy evaluation method through comparing examination of germicidal efficacy of disinfectant by two methods. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test method specified in ＂Technical Standard For Disinfection＂ 2002 （Technical Standard） and suspension quantitative germicidal test method described in GB15981 - 1995 （ National Standard） were compared for examination of germicidal efficacy of a same disinfectant. Results According to the National Standard, neutralizing reagent test verified that the disinfectant stock solution containing 20 mg/L of nano -Ag was effective. The average killing rates of Escherichia coil, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Canclida albicans in suspension exposed to the disinfectant containing nano - Ag 20 mg/L for 15 min were 〉 99.99%. According to the Technical Standard, the same neutralizing reagent test verified that the same disinfectant was not effective. Conclusion Methods for evaluation of disinfectant germicidal efficacy stated in current National Standard and Technical Standard give different evaluation results for the same disinfectant, so it is necessary to revise National Standard and Technical Standard and to unify the evaluation method.
