摘　　要：目的了解温州市口腔医疗机构消毒隔离情况,以便改进和提高预防和控制口腔医疗机构医源性感染措施。方法采用现场调查和监测方法对16家医疗机构进行了调查。结果诊疗器械的清洗、消毒程序操作规范,能做到"一人一用一消毒或灭菌",能定期对口腔诊疗区域进行清洁和消毒。综合医院基本上都能定期监测使用中的消毒剂浓度和微生物污染情况,对灭菌设备和器械灭菌效果进行生物学监测。口腔医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量总合格率为80.58%。医护人员手卫生合格率仅为34.4%,其中综合医院和口腔专科医院为37.5%,个体口腔诊所为25.0%。压力蒸汽灭菌器监测合格次数为3/4。结论温州市各类口腔医疗机构基本建立了口腔科消毒隔离制度,消毒与灭菌质量整体合格率比较低,应加大个体口腔诊所的指导和监管力度。Objective To know the present situation of disinfection and isolation in stomatology institutions of Wenzhou in order to improve and enhance the measures of the prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Method Sixteen medical institutions were investigated and monitored. Results The procedures of medical instrument cleaning and disinfection were standardized. A disinfected or sterilized medical instrument coud be used only for one person and the oral treatment area was cleaned and disinfected regularly. The concentration of disinfectants in use and microbial contamination were monitored regularly in the general hospitals, and the ＂sterilization efficacy of sterilization equipment and medical instruments were monitored by biological methods. The qualification rate of disinfection and sterilization quality in stomatology institutions was 80.58%. The qualification rate of hand hygiene was 34.4%, of which, 37.5% in the general hospital and stomatology special hospitals, 25.0% in private clinics. The qualification rate of autoclaving efficacy was three quarters. Condusions Various medical institutions in Wenzhou have established disinfection system. The total qualification rate of disinfection and sterilization in stomatology institutions was low. The guidance and supervision of private clinics should bestrengthened.
