地段保健单位开展病家消毒现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解门头沟区地段保健单位传染病病家消毒工作现状。方法用问卷调查方法进行现场调查。结果该区共有19个地段保健单位,其中7个单位备有常量喷雾器,共有兼职消毒人员45名。2006年进行传染病病家消毒共计487户,占传染病家96.63%;消毒处理的487户病家中,进行现场消毒123户,现场指导消毒328户,电话指导消毒36户。有17户未能开展病家消毒,占3.37%。结论该区地段传染病病家消毒覆盖率比较高,有专项资金,消毒器械和消毒药品有储备。Objective To know the present situation of work of sector health units in disinfection of infectious disease patients family in Mentougou District, Method Unified questionnaire was used to carry out field investigation. Results There were 19 sector health units in this district. Only 7 of them had conventional sprayers. There were 45 disinfection staffs with part - time job. 487 infectious disease patients families received disinfection in 2006, accounting for 96.63% of infections disease patients＇families. Of the 487 families disinfected, 123 received on -the -spot disinfection, 328 received on - the - spot instruction of disinfection and 36 received telephone instruction of disinfection. Other 17 families （3.37%） eould not be disinfected. Conclusions The covering rate of infeetious disease patients＇family disinfeetion in sectors of this district is relatively high. The sector health units have special fund, disinfection instruments and stock of disinfection drugs.
