摘 要:本实验以犬肺脏热缺血/再灌注损伤模型为研究手段,以血浆和肺组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、肺静脉血氧分压(PO2)和二氧化碳分压(PCO2)、肺组织湿重/干重及肺组织形态学改变为观察指标,探讨自由基引起肺脏损伤的机理及西洋参二醇组皂甙(PQS)对肺脏的保护作用。发现PQS可降低血浆及肺组织MDA含量,降低肺组织湿重/干重,减轻肺组织学损伤。证实PQS能减轻氧自由基对肺组织的损伤,保护肺脏功能。The lung warm ischemic reperfusion injury model of dogs was used in the experiment. Malondialdehyde (MDA) content of plasma and lung tissues,Po 2 and Pco 2 data of pulmonary venous blood,wet/dry weight ratios of lung tissues and lung tissular morphologic change were used as the indices of the observation.We discussed the mechanisms of oxygen free radical(OFR)which could induce lung injuries and discussed the protective effects of panaxadiol quinguefolium saponins(PQS)on the lung.It was found that PQS could reduce MDA content and wet/dry weight ratios of the lung tissues,and matigate lung tissular morphlogic injury.The result suggested that PQS could ameliorate the peroxidation demage of OFR on the lung tissues and protect the functions of the lung.
