摘  要:分析了现存评估方法的局限性,为了得到更符合工程需要的评估结果,采用有限元法对腐蚀管道的剩余强度进行分析评估。考虑几何非线性和材料非线性,建立线弹性有限元模型。其建模方法与其他方法相比具有明显的优势,可以尽可能地不简化或少简化模型,能较准确地模拟管道实际受力状态等。其计算结果与管道承压模拟实验进行对比,曲线族非常吻合。由此可见,将有限元法运用于计算腐蚀管道剩余强度是非常有效的,具有很好的工程应用前景。Analyst the limitation of existed assessment method and used the Finite Element Method analysis to assess the residual strength of corroded pipeline are build the elastic model under considered of the nonlinear of Geometry and the nonlinear of material. The comparison of building way between Finite Element Analysis and existed criteria shows that the Finite Element Method has clear superiority , and it needn't simplify model and can simulate accurately pipeline's physical strength. The comparison of result with the test of added powder shows that these curves are very coincide. So the application of the Finite Element Method in residual strength of corroded pipeline is very effective and can provide reference on engineering practice.
