摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断发展,GIS、RS、GPS技术在城市规划中发挥的作用越来越大。本文主要分析城市规划信息系统设计过程中空间数据库的建立,并设计基于3S技术的城市规划信息系统,满足城市规划的需求,提高规划管理水平和工作效率。With the development of technology, GIS, RS, GPS are playing a more important role in urban planning. How to establish the spatial database of Urban Planning Information System is analyzed, furthermore the Urban Planning Information System based on 3S to meet requirement of urban planning and raise the planning management level and work efficiency is designed.
