摘　　要：提出了一种新型船用柴油机节能仪器——智能油耗调控仪。它主要是由涡轮流量传感器,单片机和驱动电机等部分所组成,能在柴油机运行中测量平均耗油量和瞬时耗油量,并能据此向驱动电机发出指令,从而改变供油量和转速。阐述了该系统的工作原理,硬件结构及系统的软件设计。A new economy apparatus for diesel is put forward in ships： intelligence fuel-consumption control apparatus. It is mainly make up of a turbine flow transducer, a Single-Chip Microprocessor, a drive electromotor and other parts. This apparatus can measure the average and instantaneous fuel consumption, according to the data, it can send out injunction to drive electromotor in order to change the volume of oil supply and rev. The working principle of the system, hardware structure and the system＇s software design are enucleated in detail.
